eyes that gaze out at the lush & divine

a mouth that waters, yearning to taste

forever in a trance-like state

desire is an animal that moves like me

it pushes and pulls beneath my skin

aching to be set free

glint of a predator in her eye

she holds out the ripe fruit, still dripping
