how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow at least a week for shipping & 1+ weeks for international shipping.

Orders shipped within the USA will most likely be sent through USPS. Shipping carriers for international orders may vary. Please note that shipping times may vary and there can be unexpected delays.

You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Each print will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery, however, once it has been sent off, I am no longer responsible for it.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO & how much does shipping cost?

I offer worldwide shipping for $4.99 and US shipping for free.

how ARE YOUR PRINTS PACKAGED?

I place every piece in a protective plastic sleeve, then sandwich it with a heavyweight 100pt chipboard backing to keep it flat and secure. For extra safety during shipping, your order is sealed inside two durable poly mailer bags- so even if one gets damaged in transit, the print stays safe.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do I offer refunds. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If you happen to receive an incorrect item or your item is damaged, please email me at abby@studiiobiru.com so that I can work with you to replace it.
